Court Document and Record Retrieval Pro-File has staff members in most courts on a daily basis, thereby affording our clients the opportunity to have records and documents researched and copied as need be. Additionally, Pro-File will search the Federal Courts, as well as the Surrogate Courts of all 62 New York counties, for any records that you might be in need of.


Subpoena and Pre-Trial Preparation Pro-File can, upon request, draft and prepare all forms of subpoenas. This service includes, where necessary, the submission and verification of subpoenas that need to be "So Ordered". Pro-File will retrieve the "So Ordered" subpoena from the court and effectuate immediate service. Additionally, Pro-File will advance all necessary witness fees at no additional cost to our clients.
